License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Word Search Land ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee") who downloads, uses, or accesses any puzzles provided by the Licensor on the website ("Website").

Grant of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, edit, and print the puzzles provided on the Website for personal or commercial use. Licensee may use the puzzles in projects, presentations, documents, or other materials.
Restrictions: Licensee may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make available for download the original puzzles from the Website. Licensee may not use the puzzles to create a similar website, service, or product in direct competition with the Licensor.
Ownership: The puzzles provided on the Website are the intellectual property of the Licensor and are protected by copyright laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the puzzles or any intellectual property rights to the Licensee.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

By downloading, using, or accessing any puzzles from the Website, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
